Use the listing details for Homag and Weeke CNC parts
The Homag / Weeke CNC collection contains a tool-holder fork, vacuum pads and sponges, measured pads described as Schmalz Weeke and vacuum cups carrying Biesse Rover names. This mixed naming shows that the page is not a single-model factory parts catalogue. Do not interpret a product as compatible with Homag or Weeke until its own reference is checked against the machine parts list. CNC machines within one brand can vary by table, pod, magazine, spindle and production revision. A requested component may belong to different groups, such as vacuum workholding or a tool parked in a magazine. Identify the part code and location first, then compare dimensions and mounting details with the listing.
Dimensions of Schmalz Weeke vacuum pads
The collection includes measured items such as 160 by 115 mm and 75 by 125 mm pads named as Schmalz Weeke. These numbers can describe the outside dimensions; use the product detail if it states the measurement order and surfaces. Thickness, lower attachment base, vacuum inlet position, groove depth and the locking method on the support can also affect fit. Two pads can share nominal length and width while having different bases or airflow paths. Photograph the top, side and underside of the existing pad and capture any Schmalz or Weeke code in close-up. Include the table or pod type and machine serial number to help separate revisions with a similar brand label. If a worn pad has lost its shape, an intact neighboring pad or parts drawing may be a better measurement reference.
Vacuum cups and avoiding name confusion
The live product list also includes Biesse Rover vacuum cups identified with dimensions such as 29 mm or 74 mm. Their appearance on the Homag / Weeke page does not show that they were made for a Weeke machine. Read the product name and brand reference as written, then check the parts catalogue and mounting geometry before concluding that the cup can be used on your machine. In addition to diameter, compare height, base shape, screw or quick connection, seal channel and vacuum port. A pad and a cup are different products: their upper contact surfaces may look similar while their pod or mounting foot does not match. If the listing offers a quarter, half or full shape, use the maker’s drawing to confirm its position on the table. Do not combine similarly named items from different collections into one purchasing record.
Tool-holder fork and HSK 63 description
A tool-holder fork is a mechanical part that retains a tool at a magazine parking position. The listed description Weeke HSK 63 is useful as a catalogue reference, but it does not by itself confirm the machine’s HSK interface, magazine design or fit for every holder diameter. The HSK holder dimensions, holder shape, fork opening and magazine spacing all need to be considered. Measure the old fork’s inside opening, retention depth, outside height, mounting holes and direction on the magazine. A tool that rocks in its slot can prompt a fork inspection, but a broken or loose mount, contamination, magazine adjustment, the wrong holder and the control sequence should also be reviewed. Authorized maintenance staff should apply the maker’s safety checks for tool changes.
Distinguish the vacuum pad and sponge families
Vacuum pads and sponges differ in size, cross-section and density and may serve different support arrangements on the same machining centre. This collection includes sponges named as 115 and 60 and a pad listed as 115 by 80 mm. Confirm whether each number denotes an outside diameter, length and width or a product family in the image and description; a shorthand name is not a technical drawing. Compare the support groove width and depth, sponge working height, pad underside and direction of the vacuum path. A compression mark in an old part can identify its location but may not show the original cross-section. Label the table, pod and vacuum zone during maintenance so purchasing staff do not mix up similar parts. If one position contains different neighboring pads, keep a separate photo and product name for each.
Machine plate, drawing and product number
Record the exact machine model, serial number, production year, table style and options shown on the machine plate. The Weeke name alone does not establish every technical revision; a later machine change may have altered the connection for an otherwise similar part. Copy the supplier or OEM number on the component, preserving hyphens, letters and zeros. If the parts catalogue names the assembly, gives an exploded-view position or shows a revision, share those references. Prepare measurements for a vacuum pad’s dimensions and base, a fork’s opening and hole centers, or a sponge’s cross-section and working height. A wide photo of the mounting position and a close-up of the removed component help distinguish products listed with similar names.
Separate vacuum-holding and magazine symptoms
A change in vacuum hold cannot be explained only by an aging sponge. Pad seating, seal surface, vacuum zone, valve and hose, table cleanliness, pump condition and the supported area of the workpiece can all matter. A tool not sitting correctly in a magazine may relate to the fork, magazine adjustment, holder standard, tool diameter or parking height. Record which program, axis or vacuum zone was active when the issue first appeared. Relate alarm and maintenance history to the part information, but do not treat a collection description as a machine diagnosis. Follow the site’s isolation procedure for electrical and moving axes during repair. Any trial after a replacement should follow the machine maker’s instructions under authorized staff oversight.

These links make comparison easier; moving between catalogue headings does not verify compatibility with Homag or Weeke. Include the full machine model and serial number, product code, connection dimensions, quantity and mounting position in the purchasing request. If the listed brand differs from the machine brand, call that out and resolve fit before confirming the order.
When the Weeke code and product name differ
The live list includes Weeke-named entries such as an HSK 63 tool fork and measured Schmalz Weeke pads, alongside Biesse Rover cups and general CNC pads. Preserve the machine reference exactly as it appears in a purchasing note. A Homag or Weeke machine plate does not create a cross-reference for a cup named Biesse Rover. If no manufacturer catalogue code is available, add a photo of the connection, base dimensions and vacuum port, or of the fork and tool-holder slot. Explain why the listing is being considered so a technical review does not start from an assumed brand match.
